1. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
If you purchased an item marked “PRE-ORDER,” it will ship by the date listed at checkout. Pre-order timelines are estimated and subject to change. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays beyond the stated timeline.
2. Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Product Descriptions & Materials
We design and print on vegan leather — a synthetic material designed to mimic the look and feel of genuine leather without using animal products. Each case is made with care, and some edge wear over time is expected and adds to its vintage character.
All product descriptions, sizing, and compatibility details are clearly listed on the site. It’s your responsibility to confirm your device model before purchasing. Not sure what you have? Head to:

4. Pre-Order Agreements
If you purchase an item labeled “PRE-ORDER,” you are agreeing to the following:

Estimated shipping time is 4 weeks, though in rare cases, delays may occur.

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

We do not issue refunds for pre-order shipping delays unless the item cannot be fulfilled at all.
5. Cancellations & Address Errors
If you need to cancel or correct your shipping info, email contactshopbibliophile@gmail.com ASAP.
If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes or issue replacements for incorrect addresses.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email contactshopbibliophile@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, product images, and branding are property of Shop Bibliophile LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Wholesale Inquiries
We do offer wholesale partnerships. Reach out to contactshopbibliophile@gmail.com and include your store name and website. We’ll respond with our wholesale terms if it’s a good fit.
