How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped in 2-3 business days. If you pre-ordered a case, it will ship within four weeks of purchase date. In rare cases (shipping delays from weather/manufacturing issues/etc.), shipping date may exceed beyond that by a few days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to all countries.
What are your cases made of?
We're currently switching our cases from hard PC to a more bendable protective silicone. If you have a specific case you want to know the material of, message us and we'll let you know!
What's the difference between other e-reader cases and your vegan leather cases?
Our designs are printed on vegan leather. Vegan leather looks and feels like real leather but without any of the animal product. Treat your vegan leather case as you would real leather.
Wearing on the edges with use is normal and gives it that much more of a worn-in vintage feel.

Do your cases have hand straps?
Some of our cases do! It will say when you are selecting a size if it has a hand strap or not. Unfortunately none of the Kobo cases will ever have hand straps.
Do your cases magnet open?
They don't magnet open but they magnet shut and have auto wake/sleep.
How do I use my store credit?
Login using the email you originally purchased from and your store credit will be available as a payment option at checkout.
Do you offer returns?
We’re happy to accept returns of unused product with original packaging for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. View our full return policy and instructions here.
Who creates your case designs?
One of our co-founders, Kinzie, has been a digital artist and graphic designer for 17 years and creates all of our case designs herself. She uses a variety of techniques including but not limited to hand-drawn art, computer art, vintage collaging, AI, and royalty-free stock images and elements.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?
We’re happy to offer store credit so you can recheck out and choose the correct size. Ship your unused product with original packaging back to us within 14 days of delivery. We'll process your return in 3-5 business days and you'll receive an email when your store credit is ready to use. Shipping costs both ways are customer's responsibility. How do I know what size Kindle I have?
Go to “Settings” > Tap “Device options” > “Device info” > Device type will tell you which model to order.
Are you going to carry more sizes in the future?
We currently carry all the sizes our manufacturers have available. No plans to expand at the moment.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Contact us here and let us know which products you're wanting to carry. Make sure to include your store name/website in the message and we'll get back to you with our wholesale terms!
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Send pictures and details to contactshopbibliophile@gmail.com along with your order number and we will help you get it sorted.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping information?
Oh no! Quick, send us an email to contactshopbibliophile@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address. If we've already shipped your item, there's nothing we can do.
